The exhibition by authors Suzana Rajić and Danko Leovac is organized on the occasion of a significant jubilee – 150 years since the beginning of the wars for liberation and independence of Serbia, after which international recognition of state independence was achieved.
The exhibition highlights the importance and legacy of the Obrenović dynasty, which left a profound mark in the creation of the modern Serbian state, its institutions, education, military, infrastructure, and cultural identity during its seventy-two years of rule.
The exhibition features a representative display with 35 large-format panels, 10 round panels, exhibition materials in showcases, digitized visual content, and musical segments that evoke the spirit of the era. The display is accompanied by a richly illustrated catalog.
After the exhibition tour, the gathering continues in the city.
